NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, January 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on the following item:


116 Timber Hill Drive, Preliminary PD (Planned Development) for duplexes and triplexes

    LOCATION:     116 Timber Hill Drive, Hamilton OH

   APPLICANT:     J. Christopher Miller (Applicant); Hickory Ridge Enterprises (Owner)

     REQUEST:      Preliminary Development Plan to allow multi-family development with waivers.
