The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, January 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on the following item:
Badin High School, Final PD (Planned Development), Parking Lot Expansion
LOCATION: 571 New London Road, Hamilton OH – Final Planned Development (Parking Lot Phase Only
625 New London Road, Hamilton OH – Rezoning Request
APPLICANT: Stephen T. Badin High School (Applicant);
Dennis M Schnurr, Archbishop of Cincinnati, Trustee for Badin High School (Owner)
REQUEST: Final Development Plan and Rezoning request for Badin High School:
1) Final “PD” (Planned Development) Development Plan for a proposed parking lot expansion adding 343 parking spaces. The proposed stadium is not included in this application.
2) Rezoning Request for 625 New London Road, from: R-1 (Single-Family Residence) to: BPD (Business Planned Development)
Please note: The Final PD is for the Parking Expansion only.
The stadium or athletic complex is not part of this application. This item will require a different PD application, notification of property owners, and public hearing at Planning Commission.
