The City of Hamilton’s free chipping service is being offered again this year! This free service will be held the second Saturday of every month through October from 8am until 12pm, and will take place at the Water Reclamation Facility, located at 2451 River Road.

We hear it all the time: “Why didn’t I know about this?!” And believe us, we get it. We want to keep you informed about everything happening in Hamilton, from exciting community events to important city updates.

While we haven’t resorted to rooftop smoke signals or pigeon post (yet), we do have plenty of easy, modern ways for you to stay connected:

If you smell gas, suspect a leak, or notice excessive gas pressure, please contact our Emergency Utility Service at 513-785-7550, available 24/7. Or call 911.

Have trash you need to get rid of? Hamilton residents have the ability to take one load of garbage to the Transfer Station at no cost. There are some qualifications, though.

Need to pay utilities, parking tickets, or permitting, licensing and code enforcement fees? You can now access our online Payment Portal.

Need a copy of your birth certificate? Order ahead with the City of Hamilton and save time! The City of Hamilton can process birth certificate orders for anyone who was born in the State of Ohio. (Visa or Mastercard only)
