NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, January 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on the following item:
850 South Erie Boulevard - Preliminary & Final PD (Planned Development) for a Brewery, Taproom, and Distribution.
LOCATION: 850 South Erie Boulevard (see location map on the reverse side.)
APPLICANT: City of Hamilton
REQUEST: Preliminary & Final Planned Development (PD) to allow the reconstruction and occupation of the building as a new taproom/brewpub, production brewery, and distribution.

Council First Reading & Public Hearing: January 11, 2023
