Request to amend the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance, Ord. 7503, pertaining to the following:

·                     Section 1250, “Use Chart”

·                     Section 1300, “Conditional Uses”

·                     Section 1600, “Off-Street Parking and Loading”

·                     Section 4400, “Glossary”

The proposed changes address schools within the City of Hamilton.

NOTICE CONCERNING THE JULY 1, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING:

Due to the removal of COVID-19 restrictions, the Planning Commission public hearing shall be held in the City Municipal Building, Council Chambers.
