A request for a Conditional Use certificate for 1930 Fairgrove Avenue for a self-storage facility. Conditional Use request is for a revised plan, including revised drainage. Second Public Hearing.
NOTICE CONCERNING THE APRIL 15, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING:
REMOTE CONFERENCING / REMOTE ACCESS
The Planning Commission meeting is open to the public. However, due to the State of Emergency related to COVID-19, and increased cases, the meeting shall be held primarily via Zoom webinar. The Planning Department is strongly encouraging those who are comfortable participating in the public hearing remotely to do so.

Broadcast: Per usual procedure and per Ohio’s Sunshine Laws and Public Hearing requirements, the meeting shall be recorded by audio.
