NOTICE CONCERNING THE MARCH 18, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING:

REMOTE CONFERENCING / REMOTE ACCESS

The Planning Commission meeting is open to the public. However, due to the State of Emergency related to COVID-19, and increased cases, the meeting shall be held primarily via Zoom webinar.  The Planning Department is strongly encouraging those who are comfortable participating in the public hearing remotely to do so.  

There shall only be a limited number of in-person slots available, however, this will be dependent on any other COVID related declarations.  Please email Ed Wilson, AICP and  Director Liz Hayden at edward.wilson@hamilton-oh.gov & liz.hayden@hamilton-oh.gov

Broadcast: Per usual procedure and per Ohio’s Sunshine Laws and Public Hearing requirements, the meeting shall be recorded by audio.
