NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, June 28, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on the following item:

     LOCATION:     2251 NW Washington Boulevard (at the corner of Washington & West Elkton)

    APPLICANT:     Mo Patel (Applicant), for MNR Investments, LLC (Owner).

      REQUEST:      Preliminary and Final Development Plan application for two (2) multi-tenant Commercial Strip Center retail buildings.  Proposal is for 2251 NW Washington Boulevard, property zoned BPD (Business Planned Development).

1. ·         One (1) Current/Present Day seven-unit shopping center building (10,560 square feet).

2. ·         One (1) Future six-unit shopping center building (9,200 square feet).
