The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, April 12, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:
LOCATION: 1796 South Erie Boulevard, and the vacated portion of Imlay Avenue
APPLICANT: City of Hamilton
REQUEST: A request to rezone 1796 South Erie Boulevard from BPD (Business Planned Development) to B-2 (Community Business) zoning district.
A request to establish zoning on the vacated portion of Imlay Avenue as B-2 (Community Business) zoning district.
Both subject properties are proposed to be combined with 1990 South Erie Boulevard for a potential fire station.
