A public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. before the City of Hamilton Planning Commission in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor at 345 High Street in Hamilton, Ohio 45011 and remotely via Zoom webinar.

REQUEST:        Three (3) Rezoning Requests

1)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 2 North Tenth St., 1016 Stewart St., 1018 High Street (rear), from B-2 (Community Business) to DT-3 (East High Street Form-Based) zoning

2)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 1019 Stewart St., from R-3 (One to Four Family) to DT-3 (East High Street Form-Based) zoning

3)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 16 North Tenth Street from B-2 (Community Business) to TN-1 (Traditional Neighborhood 1) zoning.
