Dayton Lane & North End - (TN) Traditional Neighborhood Rezoning proposal - (Public Hearing)
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 18th 2022 at 6:00 p.m. before the City of Hamilton Planning Commission in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor at 345 High Street in Hamilton, Ohio 45011 and remotely via Zoom webinar
LOCATION: The area in question is shown in the attached map
APPLICANT: City of Hamilton Planning Department
REQUEST: Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the area in question from a mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial districts to a TN (Traditional Neighborhood) District.
The TN Zoning Districts allow single-family housing - permitted by right (no special zoning approval).
To determine other land uses please review the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance, specifically Section 1250 “Permitted Use Chart”.
