October 3, 2023, Planning Commission, Special Meeting, 6:00 PM (Public Hearing)

A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Planning Commission, as a Committee of the Whole, on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, at 6:00 P.M., as a Special Meeting.

The following items will be heard and are part of the agenda.

Agenda Item #1 (Public Hearing):

     LOCATION:     12 Water Cove Drive
(adjacent to Faith Pentecostal Church of Hamilton and Eden Park Senior Apartments)

    APPLICANT:     PLK Communities

      REQUEST:      Preliminary and Final PD Plan to allow a multi-family development: construction of 20 two-story multi-family buildings, one clubhouse, and a maintenance building, on property zoned RPD (Residential Planned Development) as noted in Section 2404 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance.

Please note, the multi-family proposal is for apartments.

Agenda Item #2 (non-public hearing):

     LOCATION:      801 South Eighth Street (Parcel #P6441046000051)

    APPLICANT:      City of Hamilton, Public Safety

      REQUEST:      Dedication Plat of a Portion of 801 South Eighth Street as public right-of-way, South Eighth Street.  Located between Walnut Street and Hanover Street.

     LOCATION:      221 South B Street and 224 South C Street

    APPLICANT:      Nic and Norms LLC

      REQUEST:      Request 6-Month Conditional Use Extension for a Restaurant with a bar (“Sidecar”) and parking lot.
