A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Planning Commission, as a Committee of the Whole, on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, at 6:00 P.M., as a Special Meeting.

Agenda Item #1 (Public Hearing):

(adjacent to Faith Pentecostal Church of Hamilton and Eden Park Senior Apartments)

REQUEST: Preliminary and Final PD Plan to allow a multi-family development: construction of 20 two-story multi-family buildings, one clubhouse, and a maintenance building, on property zoned RPD (Residential Planned Development) as noted in Section 2404 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance.
