LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE

                                                                             

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, April 9, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

 

APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

REQUEST:        Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance:

 

2025 First Round, of proposed amendments to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance:

·         Section 1700, “Signs” -  - (Legal Non-Conforming Signs reference will also be updated)

·         Section 2400, “Planned Development (PD) Regulations”

·         Section 2405, “Office Planned Development (OPD) District Regulations”

·         Section 2406, “Business Planned Development (BPD) District Regulations”

·         Section 3000, “Performance Standards”

·         Section 4300, “Non-Conforming: Lots, Land Uses and Structures”

·         Correction of any pertinent miscellaneous grammatical and/or typological errors discovered in this review of the zoning ordinance document.
