A public hearing will be held before The City of Hamilton Planning Commission, meeting as a Committee of the Whole, on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 1:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

This is pertaining to the First Round of Zoning Text Amendments, 2024.

REQUEST:        Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance:

·         Section 1400, “Accessory Uses”

·         Section 1500, “Land Area, Setback, And Density”

·         Section 1600, “Off Street Parking”

·         Section 1700, “Signs”

·         Section 1800, “Residential Design Standards”

·         Section 3900, “Glossary”

·         Any needed grammatical and/or formatting corrections as discovered in this review of the zoning ordinance
