Highland Park, Fence Overlay District proposal, Zoning Text Amendment & New Zoning Overlay - (City Council, Public Hearing)

LOCATION:     Highland Park neighborhood (area shown in the attached map)

APPLICANT:    City of Hamilton Planning Department

REQUEST:      Establishing a new section to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance - Section 3700 “Highland Park Fence Overlay District” that will prohibit new fences in the front yards of properties within the Highland Park neighborhood.
