Agenda Item #1: Architectural Design Review Board Appeal for 304 Ross Avenue Hamilton, Ohio 45013

To appeal a decision made by the Architectural Design Review Board to deny the Request for the removal of historic wood windows for the installation of Polaris Thermalweld Vinyl Replacement Windows.

Agenda Item #2: Variance Request for 226 North Second Street Hamilton, Ohio 45011

The applicant is proposing to install a parking pad to be 34 x 25 feet in the rear of the property where a home and additional impervious surface currently exist. The applicant requests one (1) variance to Section 1504 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO).

1.     To seek one (1) variance from Section 1504 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Lot Coverage where the maximum allowable lot coverage is 35%. 

Agenda Item #3: Variance Request for 2701 Bridgeport Drive Hamilton, Ohio 45011

The applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure as a shed to be 280 Square Feet to be constructed of vinyl siding where the primary building material on the front façade of the primary structure is brick. The applicant requests one (1) variance to Section 1816 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO).

1.     To seek one (1) variance from Section 1816 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance, Residential Design Standards
