Appeal of Planning Commission’s denial of the Gas Station w Convenience Store (Amended & Final Planned Development request) - Public Hearing

REQUEST:        This is an appeal of the Planning Commission decision to deny an amended and final planned development, and specific use approval to allow the construction of a gas station with a convenience store at 2251 NW Washington Boulevard (the corner of NW Washington Blvd and West Elkton Road), property zoned “BPD” - Business Planned Development.

Appeals of a Planned Development decision are governed through Section 2400.3 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance.
