     LOCATION:     706 South Eighth Street (Parcel # P6441039000045) & 730 South Eighth Street (Parcels # P6441039000046, 47, & 48)

    APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

      REQUEST:      Rezoning request for:

·         706 South Eighth Street, from I-2 (Industrial) to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) district

·         730 South Eighth Street, from R-3 (One to Four Family) to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) district
