     LOCATION:     310 Gorham Drive, 1580 Baccarat Drive.  The south and west undeveloped portions of Sterling Estates (P6412171000014 & P6412171000015)

    APPLICANT:     Josh Agricola, Justin Doyle Homes; and Mel Pistor, Abercrombie & Associates

      REQUEST:      Preliminary & Final PD, Planned Development approval to allow the construction of two single-family houses on the undeveloped portion of Sterling Estates.

NOTE: The property owner, applicants, and Sterling Estates HOA are resolving the stormwater maintenance agreements per comments from Sterling Estates HOA, residents, and the Planning Commission. The application timeline is proceeding, however, if a stormwater agreement fails to materialize, the application shall be delayed.
