Primary Rezoning Request:

LOCATION:       The area in question is shown in the attached maps (primarily specific residential properties that are zoned “Industrial”.

Properties: on and between Mosler Avenue (East) & Shuler Avenue; Grand Boulevard; Harmon Avenue; Hancock Avenue; Symmes Avenue (East); Williams Avenue (East); Northeastern Belle Avenue, & Fairgrove Avenue

APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton Planning Department

REQUEST:       Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the area in question from a mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial districts to a combination of B-1 (Neighborhood Business), B-2 (Community Business), and TN (Traditional Neighborhood) Zoning Districts.

 

Secondary Rezoning Requests:

LOCATION 2:    431 North Fifth Street & 547 North Fifth Street

The properties were intended to be part of the TN (Traditional Neighborhood) rezoning of the North End neighborhood, late 2023.

REQUEST 2:     Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the properties from R-3 (One to Four Family Residential) to TN-1 (Traditional Neighborhood 1)

 

 

LOCATION 3:    425 Butler Street

REQUEST 3:     Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the properties from BPD (Business Planned Development) to DT-1 (High Street Form-Based) zoning district.

 


 

LOCATION 4:    237 South D Street

The properties were part of the TN (Traditional Neighborhood) rezoning of the Rossville neighborhood, late 2019.

REQUEST 4:     Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the properties from TN-1 (Traditional Neighborhood 1) to TN-2 (Traditional Neighborhood 2)
