LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, June 12, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

The proposal is a comprehensive update to the Residential Design Standards of the zoning ordinance which governs the construction of new single-family houses, new multi-family houses, new residential projects, infill housing, and new subdivisions.
