The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, December 13, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

·         Section 1600, “Off-Street Parking and Loading”

·         Section 1700, “Signs”

o   Pertaining to Section 1707.6 “Projecting Signs”

·         Section 1800, “Residential Design Standards”

·         Section 1900, “Commercial Design Standards”

·         Section 1925, “Industrial Design Standards”

·         Section 3900, “Glossary”

·         Section 4500, “Fee Schedule”

·         Any needed grammatical   and/or formatting corrections as discovered in this review of the zoning ordinance
