The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, July 13, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

1016 Stewart Street (Parcels: P6441014000019, 20 & 23)
1019 Stewart Street (Parcels: P6441014000034, 36, 37, 39, & 40)
1018 High Street (Rear) (Parcels: P6441014000032, & 33)

REQUEST:        Three (3) Rezoning Requests

1)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 2 North Tenth St., 1016 Stewart St., 1018 High Street (rear), from B-2 (Community Business) to DT-3 (East High Street Form-Based) zoning

2)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 1019 Stewart St., from R-3 (One to Four Family) to DT-3 (East High Street Form-Based) zoning

3)      Rezoning: Change the zoning of 16 North Tenth Street from B-2 (Community Business) to TN-1 (Traditional Neighborhood 1) zoning.
