800-900 Block of North Second and North Third Street - EM-UPD Rezoning proposal - (Public Hearing)

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

     LOCATION:     Properties located in the 800 and 900 block of North Second Street and North Third Street (see location map on the reverse side.)

    APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton

      REQUEST:      Rezone (Change the Zoning of) the subject properties to EM-UPD (Entertainment Mixed-Use Planned Development) and Preliminary Plan for a potential parking lot, associated with the upcoming Spooky Nook Sports Complex, an approved EM-UPD development.
