TN (Traditional Neighborhood Rezoning) proposal, Dayton Lane & North End - (Public Hearing)

The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, First Floor, One Renaissance Center, Municipal Building on amending the Hamilton Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance No. 7503:

LOCATION:      The area in question is shown in the attached map (Dayton Lane & North End neighborhoods)

APPLICANT:     City of Hamilton Planning Department

REQUEST:      Zoning Map amendments changing the zoning on the area in question from a mixture of residential, commercial, and industrial districts to a TN (Traditional Neighborhood) District.
