The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, January 26, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO) No. 7503

REQUEST: Changes to the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance Related to Planned Development Regulations and Penalties for Violation of the Zoning Ordinance:
Section 2400, “PD” General Planned Development Regulations. Includes Planned Development “PD” zoning districts:
o Section 2410, RPD, Residential Planned Development District
o Section 2420, OPD, Office Planned Development District
o Section 2430, BPD, Business Planned Development District
o Section 2440, IPD, Industrial Planned Development District
o Section 2450, EM-UPD, Entertainment Mixed-Use Planned Development District
o Section 1800 Residential Design Standards
