1000 North Third Street, Rezoning Proposal to IPD, Industrial Planned Development (Public Hearing, City Council)
The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, March 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street, on amending the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance (HZO) No. 7503
UPDATED: The Public Hearing will now take place March 9, 2022 (previously scheduled for February 23, 2022)
LOCATION: 990 and 1000 North Third Street (see map in Exhibit A)
· (Parcels: P6431001000004 & 5, City of Hamilton)
· (Parcels: L4910026000004 & L4910025000027, Fairfield Township)
APPLICANT: City of Hamilton, Ohio
REQUEST: Request to amend (change and establish) the zoning on the properties:
1) 990 North Third Street (P6431001000004) and 1000 North Third Street (P6431001000005) from I-2 (Industrial) and R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) and I-2 (Industrial) zoning districts. These parcels are proposed to be reconfigured through the lot split and combination process into the new parcels as proposed on the attached map as Exhibit B:
a. Lot A is proposed to be rezoned to I-2 (Industrial)
b. Lot B and C are proposed to be rezoned to IPD (Industrial Planned Development)
2) 1000 North Third Street (L4910026000004 & L4910025000027) to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) zoning district.
