To seek a one (1) variance from Section 1505 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance pertaining to fence height and located on a residential property. The applicant proposes to install a fence that will be 6 feet in height with a slope down to 4 feet and aluminum decorative style.

1.     To seek one (1) variance from Section 1505 of the Hamilton Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Lots, Heights and Setback where the maximum allowable height for a front yard fence is 3.5 feet.
